We are a dental crown and bridge laboratory, therefore offer a range of solutions to meet a variety of dental ceramic needs.
We work with the highest quality materials and technology available. With our 3Shape E1 scanner, we are able to achieve fantastic accuracy and precision. We are able to receive intra-oral scan files from any system which allows even greater precision.
We believe communication is key to achieving the best result possible and are always on hand to discuss the case. We offer both in surgery and laboratory shade matching services.
Turnaround & Delivery
Our standard turn around time is 2 weeks, however depending on how many units and the complexity, should a shorter turn around time be necessary please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs. We offer free collection service to clients within a 10 mile radius and a postal service to clients beyond this. Please call to pre-book work.

Vital treatment planning tools in helping the patient understand and make a more informed choice about treatment options as well as avoiding potential problems further down the line.
Shade Matching Service
In challenging cases, we feel this can be the best way to ensure the perfect match. Our shades are taken under colour correction lights and using a range of shade guides. We also look at surface texture and lustre in combination with shade, as well as noting unique characteristics. High quality photographs are also useful in shade matching. Sometimes patients may be required to revisit, to check the shade against natural dentition.
Emax Press / CAD
Emax is one of our most popular restoration types, due to brilliant aesthetics. We usually press/cad posterior restorations to full contour.
Emax Build
Mainly used in anterior crowns, the labial aspect of the crown being layered to give superior aesthetic results and fully pressed / cad palatally to give ultimate strength.
Zirconia (Monolithic)
Zirconia is another popular material choice, due to great aesthetics and strength. Usually Zirconia is used for posterior restorations where a patient has a heavy occlusion and needs ultimate strength.
Zirconia Build
Mainly used in anterior crowns, the labial aspect of the crown being layered to give superior aesthetic results and full contour palatally to give ultimate strength.
Porcelain Fused to Metal
Porcelain fused to metal crown (precious or non precious alloy), porcelain margins recommended (to gum line). Extremely durable and easily cemented.
Gold Crowns / Inlay
Gold restorations provide maximum strength and longevity, we can provide either yellow or white gold alloys.
Porcelain Veneers / Dentine Bonded Crown
Minimally invasive technique to restore chipped and discoloured teeth or simply to align. Usually requires minimal preparation working to 0.4mm thickness. Discoloured teeth would require more reduction to allow for masking. Usually constructed of feldspathic ceramic or emax.
Implant Crowns
We manufacture a variety of implants to suit particular needs. We work with various systems to achieve aesthetic and functional results. We can provide metal, emax and zirconia implants based on the unique needs of the patient.
